Prodigy Multicoloured 6m Aerial Yoga Hammocks - Includes O-rings
Description
Premium UK-certified 6m long, 2.8m wide, low stretch hammocks in a beautiful range of ombre colours. Perfect for the studio or the stage and suitable for aerial yoga and aerial slings.
Supplied with O-rings and a Prodigy bag.
Aerial yoga uses the hammock as a prop and the extra support allows for deep stretches and even inversions of yoga poses. Aerial yoga hammocks are great for developing core strength, flexibility, and spine decompression.
Aerial sling (silks loop/dance hammock) uses the hammock more like an aerial silk, incorporating drops, spinning, and dynamic circus tricks.

Aerial equipment should never be used unsupervised, please consult a professional.
Everything below assumes you have a suitable and safe rigging point, like a professionally installed rigging point or a reputable and rated freestanding rig. Not every home/studio will be the same, so we cannot advise on this part. If you haven’t established a safe rigging point, please do this first with the help of a structural engineer/experienced rigger/professional familiar with what you're hanging and where you're hanging it.

How to rig these hammocks
We've partnered with Circus Rigging & Safety to create a series of fantastic videos to help you.
Mark Gibson from Aerial Edge, Glasgow’s Circus School, and Catherine Knowles, from Community Circus Paisley, will share their knowledge with you, and if you need to know anything else - we're here to help you too!
How to tie the knot!
No, we don't mean marriage. Here’s our quick guide to tying your hammock to O-rings.
We use this knot because it's easier (but not easy) to untie after using the hammock compared to other knots.
