Great sticks. Great choice of colours and comfortable grips. Daughter previously had wooden ones and these are so much better. Would recommend these.

First time set for my son but didn't want a cheap and nasty set so went for this one. He has never played with anything as much! Really happy with quality of sticks and son thinks they handle really well. There was a bit of a sharp bit on one stick which caused string to snap after constant use over first 3/4 days but customer service couldn't be faulted and excellent communication and new sticks sent out. Purchased a higher quality string ourselves at the same time and all sent out with no delivery costs to ourselves. Really good product and service and can't believe how many tricks my son has mastered already!

My summary says it all and it would have been almost as expensive to send them back as the item cost. Rip-off.

There are very few things that can go wrong with these handsticks but if you're unlucky you might find that the string snaps right where it exits the stick. If this happens (we're very sorry!) please email us right away. While you're waiting for a reply (we always do our best to reply as quickly as possible) put a small bit of tape or a mark with a pen somewhere on one handstick, just so you can identify which one is causing the problem. Then retie the string back on to the sticks and try again. If it keeps happening on the same stick, you've probably got a little sharp bit where the string exits the stick - this is a known problem that affects a very small number of these handsticks. We will replace the sticks for you if you let us know. While you're waiting for the replacement sticks if you try a little sandpaper on the stick in question you may even find the problem gets fixed.

We don't ask our customers to return faulty handsticks to us so there would be no shipping charge at all, just a little time to let us know the problem so we can fix it.

Overall very good sticks, only with one issue. I once bought the henry's short aluminum sticks, and they had a natural acceleration pressure feeling, which felt interesting. but on here, it doesn't have it.

I know this is an inexpensive set but after using for 2 weeks , 3times a week, the foam came off the handle. The string broke sooner. However, customer service was EXCELLENT in replacing the product and sending extra string. Thank you!

Light weight and fun to use at a good price.
