Gyro power

The smooth gyroscopic motion stabilises this ball in your hand, and the resistance needed to keep it spinning builds your strength and endurance.

At slower speeds, you can enjoy gentle strengthening and rehabilitation for RSI, Carpal Tunnel, Tennis Elbow, shoulder injury, bursitis, etc.

You can generate up to 15kg of gyroscopic resistance at faster speeds! This will help build muscle, improve grip strength, and increase endurance. The faster you spin, the stronger the resistance!

The Getta Grip Wrist Trainer also features LED lights. When you build up speed, the blue and white LEDs light up.

Pro Version Features

The “total accumulated revolutions” function will record the rotor revolutions during a session. session. 100 rotations will be 1 unit: e.g. 8650 revolutions will display as 86 on the screen.

The “real time revolutions” setting allows real-time monitoring of the rotor’s Revolutions Per Minute (RPM).

Selecting the “highest RPM” function while the ball is stationary will display the highest RPM achieved on the ball. Once the rotor is in motion, this mode will record the highest score achieved during the session.

“Physical strength index” mode will test your strength as you must keep the rotor spinning at the highest RPM for 30/60/90 seconds to achieve the highest score.
